How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and handed off to USPS within 48 hours of purchase. Once shipped, delivery times depend on USPS, and a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your package. Please note that Level 5 is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by USPS during transit.
Can I return or exchange items?
We do not accept returns. However, we gladly offer exchanges only on merchandise in perfect condition within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable—no exceptions.
